Shirley Siaton-Parabia is an award-winning author in English, Filipino and Hiligaynon. She is a literary and journalism honors recipient of the Stevan Javellana Foundation, Philippine Information Agency, and MOD Magazine. Her columns, prose and poetry have been published in periodicials since 1995.

Among Oman's premier fitness coaches, Shirley is a Karate black belt, a powerlifter, a CrossFit athlete & trainer, and an Assessor & Tribe Coach for Les Mills International. In her downtime, she loves to read books and graphic novels. She is currently working on her first novel series.
